Hilltops Council will be supporting the free workshop which will be delivered on February 7, 2018 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm at the Hilltops Council offices in Young.
According to Regional Development Australian Southern Inland the workshop will focus on Driving Loyalty and Digital Marketing and will be delivered by the Australian Retailers Association.
A Regional Development Australian Southern Inland spokesperson said feedback from attendees of the first workshop last year indicated that digital marketing was a topic many businesses were eager to learn more about.
“This workshop will explore how to link traditional forms of marketing with today’s digital realities to engage customers from all touch points,” the spokesperson said.
The workshop will also focus on the role of technology in purchase and after-sales engagement, how to develop a digital marketing strategy and loyalty programs.
Businesses will be able to book a one-on-one consultation with the presenter the following day.
The spokesperson said over 20 people from the Hilltops and Yass Valley region participated in the workshop in 2017.
