The family history of two direct descendants of first fleet figures will be discussed at a Harden Murrumburrah Historical Society on Thursday February 15. Hugh and Pru Pavitt’s connections with Phillip King and George Johnson, who both became governors of the colony, should prove an interesting talk. The presentation will take place at the History Hall, Albury Street Murrumburrah on Thursday 15th from 8pm. It’s part of the historical society’s long term aural history project and everyone is welcome to attend.
