The Saturday night performance at Young is one of seven local communities that the Sydney Male choir (SMC) will be performing at, as part of a Southern New South Wales tour.
An SMC statement said for an unforgettable, fun filled experience of musical harmonies Young residents should make the effort to witness the concert up close.
"It takes you to another zone- removed from life's multiple stresses," a spokesman for the SMC said.
“Choral singing is experiencing a resurgence worldwide as communities are realising the health and well-being benefits that come from making music together.
“The Choir has an amazing repertoire - singing songs by Billy Joel and the Beatles through to Broadway musicals, spirituals and traditional classical favourites.”
Performing for over 105 years since 1913, the choir live by their embodied motto "Bring Joy through song!".
The SMC spokesman said style of their choir's music is perceived as a different and a new challenge, although with challenges comes self-confidence.
"These stars are never more happy than when they're singing," the spokesman said.
"Their singing will transport and entertain you. Singing is in all our genes and in human nature. Singing, like laughter, play, sunshine, countryside and exercise, helps underpin our well-being and happiness. It is fundamentally enriching.”
The tour is an attempt to bring small communities closer, a priority of the SMC is to enhance happiness by song.
The choir urges residents of Young to come along and experience the concert. Bookings are essential to secure your place. To book or for further information, visit www.sydneymalechoir.com
