Ms Webber, star of television show Sensing Murder and magazine columnist, said she was born with the ability to connect with spirits.
Her show will not only connect some members of the audience with loved ones who have passed, but will include an education session to inform people on what they should and shouldn’t be doing to ensure their spirit rests peacefully when they die. The show will finish with a mediation session.
Ms Webber said people should expect nothing from the live event, but should just see what happens. Sometimes the spirits were fast and other times they were slow she said, so nothing was ever the same.
While she has always been able to see spirits, Ms Webber said comments when she was young saying she was stupid and lying had her try and push the ability away. It wasn’t until she was 37-years-old that she decided to embrace the ability and use it to help others.
“I don’t like seeing people in pain and struggling with grief. I want people to live. I want them to understand death, I want them to understand grief. There’s so much sadness in the world but I know the spirits are happy,” Ms Webber said.
The psychic medium said she doesn’t work for the people, but for the spirits.
It’s a role she loves, but Ms Webber said her ability was also a burden.
She’s often sick because of the illnesses she has picked up from the spirits, Ms Webber said. She also finds it hard to be in crowds or have conversations with people that aren’t important, she said.
Despite it all, Ms Webber said she considers herself lucky. She said she had spoken to both Jesus and Vincent Van Gogh.
