The 40km/h speed limits came back into force on Monday morning as teachers and school staff returned to work, however students arrive back to campuses on Tuesday ready for the third term of the year.
Though school will return, kids across the region have enjoyed their holidays, in particular local Young Public School Student Noah.
Noah travelled to the Central Coast to spend the holidays with his father and had the opportunity to join his dad at his workplace the Australian Reptile Park in Somersby. Noah helped out his dad with the care of reptiles and even found time to pose for a photo with this baby crocodile.
We here at the Young Witness would love to know what your kids got up to over the holidays, so shoot us a message and a pic on our Facebook page or email rebecca.hewson@fairfaxmedia.com.au.
