Isla was born on Monday July 30, in Young District Hospital at 2.10pm.
Isla weighed 2.5 kilograms or 6 pounds 2 ounces and measured in at 49 centimetres in length.
Isla was welcomed to the world by her very excited grandparents Terry and Mary Holmes and Jenelle and Grahame Parish.
Isla is the first child for both Hannah and Adam.
Hannah has described her new baby girl as ‘just perfect’.
