September 3 to 6 was Golf NSW Country Week at Richmond, Lynwood and Windsor Golf Clubs.
Liz Harding, Leanne Slater, Cheryl Minehan and Tilla Davis supported this event.
Highlight was the 36 hole winner of the Una Bowl who was Young’s Leanne Slater with 158 nett. Leanne finally winning after three times being runner up.
On Wednesday, Tilla Davis won the day with 46 points at Oatlands Golf Club.

On September 9 and 10 was the Ladies Vets Tournament at Cootamundra.
Leanne Slater, Noela Hardman, Maxine McCormick, Tilla Davis, Libby Plumley, Betty Stanton and Pammie McCloy all travelled over to play.
A few balls were won on Monday but on Tuesday the ladies from Young had some better results.
Division one winner was Maxine McCormick with 34 points.
In division three, the winner was Pammie McCloy with 38 points, runner up was Tilla Davis with 34 points and fourth place was Libby Plumley with 33 points. Well done, everyone.
At home last week, the final of the Wirral Cup was played with Michelle Blizzard having a win over Maxine McCormick.
In Young on Wednesday, 18 ladies played in a single Stableford event sponsored by Helen Spencer and Sandra Holmes.
Division one winner was Jan Broderick with 38 points, division two winner was Noela Hardman and winner of division three was Lavelle Hardy.
Ball winners were Jan, Noela, Lavelle and Leanne Slater and Pammie McCloy on 35 points.

Nearest to the pin winners were Liz Harding on the seventh and Noela Hardman on 13th.

Winners on the day were Wendy Tuckerman and Suzanne Manning with 46 points.
Balls were won by Liz Harding 39 points, Wendy 38 points, Sandra Holmes and Tilla Davis 36 points, Marie Inwood 35 points and Michelle Blizzard 34 points.

On Monday, September 17 Young is hosting the final of the Golf NSW Keno 4 BBB v Par event.

Next Wednesday and Saturday are single stroke events incorporating the medal of medals.
