The event included a beautifully prepared lunch by Michele Seymour Catering and local Hilltops wines from Freeman Vineyards and Lockwood Vineyard. The delicious cherry pies were handmade by Murrumburrah's The Pastor's Pleasures.
The lunch, now in its fifth year, takes place on the Sunday before the Irish Woolfest Boorowa when the Hilltops Region is decorated with beautiful blossoms and canola.
“It was such a fabulous day with amazing weather, great company, glorious food and some spectacular Hilltops wines,” said National Cherry Festival committee president, Caitlin Sheehan.
Mrs Sheehan said she appreciated the attendance of Croatian Charge d’Affairs, Mrs Sandy Tvrtkovic and her family from Canberra and the many other visitors who enjoyed the occasion.
