Each year the Ray White offices across Australia get to chose a charity of their own to gift to during that Christmas, this year Young’s Ray White have chosen the Crisis Centre.
Robyn is encouraging those who can provide gifts to participate in the Christmas Gift Drive this year.
“We just need to know if the present is for a boy or a girl and the age group, so we can then put it on the gift tag so that the presents can be distributed properly,” Robyn said.
“It’s incredible, Christmas is a tough time of the year, it’s hard for some families to even put a meal on the table let alone to buy Christmas gifts, so it’s an amazing thing to be able to ensure that there isn’t going to be some families who miss out ,” Robyn said.
The team at Ray White also participate in the ‘A Little Ray of Giving’ by bringing in a gift of their own to donate and they encourage all of their land lords to do the same.
“It’s really good to see such generosity, last year we had a man come down from Canberra with about 20 gifts. He said he wanted to donate to somewhere more rural, so that was really lovely,” Robyn said.
Last year ‘A little Ray of Giving’ had 300 offices across Australia and New Zealand participating, and together they raised more than 35,000 gifts for disadvantaged families.
“Everyone here at Ray White Young has really jumped on board and it’s definitely something we will keep on doing every year now.”
