Grace Gibson and Arabella Maher who both train and play with the Young Tennis Centre will contest the state championships.
Both Grace and Arabella finished in the top two finalists of the South West Regionals winning themselves a spot in the championships.

Grace will be taking on the Under 16s girls competition while Arabella will be hitting it out with the Under 10 girls.
“Congratulations to both girls,” coach Colin Maher said.
“All the best in your journey at the state championships this weekend.”
Open day and Sydney International visit
Young Tennis Centre will be holding an open day in conjunction with the Sydney International Tour which will be stopping by Young on Sunday December 9.
Locals will have the opportunity to see and touch the Sydney International trophies which have been held by many tennis greats over the years.
The Open Day and Sydney International Tour will take place from 10am on Sunday December 9, 2018 at the courts and club house on Lynch Street.
