The NSW Rural Fire Service South West Zone is warning residents to keep watch with more storms forecast on Tuesday.
Several fires near Orange late last week flared up from strikes, including a 2000 hectare blaze which continues to burn north-west of Manildra.

There were two other small fires in the northern section of Goobang National Park on Saturday afternoon, both of which were quickly contained.
Thunderstorms are predicted for Young on Tuesday.
Experts are predicting a 95 per cent chance of 10mm to 20mm of rain with a likely thunderstorm.

There’s a slim chance of less than five millimeters of rain on days throughout the rest of week.
Temperatures will hover around the low 30 degrees Celsius mark, before the mercury climbs to close to 40 over the weekend.
To reduce chances of storm damage, NSW SES remind the public to check backyards and secure all gardening equipment, toys, chairs, tables and keep an eye on gutters and nearby trees.
