More than 400 people attended Young Aquatic Centre on Sunday for the sixth annual Georgina Josephine Foundation Family Duck Day.

There was a huge amount of activities on offer, and a number of novelty races for all ages throughout the day.
"It's about giving back to the community and giving families an opportunity to spend quality time together with their kids especially," organiser Emma Cockburn said.
"It all went really well and I think everyone had a great time. I'd say somewhere around $1000 was raised."
Activities included rock climbing, face painting and a jumping castle.
"It was great weather and there were activities happening all day. I think the rock climbing wall had someone on it all the time."
The day's main event is the Georgina Josephine Foundation Cup.
It involves participants kicking the water until the the rubber ducks are propelled to the other side.

Each duck is numbered to match its buyer, and the first one to the opposite side wins. This year's winner of the major prize was Gypsy Smithers.
Money raised goes to the Georgina Josephine Foundation which provides a support network for families affected by low-speed vehicle runover accidents, and works to prevent and reduce unintentional injury or death of children.
