Feature races on the eight race program include the $30,000 Young Pacers Cup (2480m), together with the $20,000 Young Derby (2100m) and the $20,000 Young Oaks (2100m).
According to the club, nominations have once again been very strong, with both country and metropolitan trainers supporting the club's very popular annual feature event.
Winner of last year's Young Pacers Cup Spare Me Days has once again drawn well in gate six and is a big chance to go back-to-back on a track he likes. The Brad Hewitt-trained seven-year-old defeated Don't Think Twice and other rivals last year in a mile rating of 1:57.1.
Make Mine Heaven looks a major threat for Bernie Hewitt and is in form with two wins from two starts including a 1:53.3 rating at Bathurst. Brooke Wilkins-trained gelding Future Stride can run the distance and looks suited from gate five, however, despite a win in December last year his form has been average.
Conviction is a real threat for Steve Turnbull with Amanda Turnbull in the gig.
Recent form is poor, however the Goulburn Cup win in January registering a 1:56.3 mile rating was all class.
Off the track there's live music, food and drink facilities, face painting and lots more.
Racing begins 6.45pm with the Young Pacers Cup set for a 9.15pm start.
