Thanks to the sponsors the Keevils, the Frazers and Brian's family. Interestingly the winning score in each event was the same. The winners of the men's four-ball was John Connell and Grant Noakes with 46 points.
The winners of the ladies' four-ball was Suzanne Manning and Camille Carberry on 46 points and the mixed event winners were Grant and Liz Harding also 46 points.
Craig Gault won the men's individual Stableford with 42 points and the ladies individual winner was Pammie McCloy with 40 points.
The Watson Toyota nearest to the pin winners were Barry Gaal (seventh) and Steve Connelly (17th).
The Vinnies Pizza winners were Peter Doherty and Ron Thompson, Larraine Nicolls and Ros Anderson and Joel Anderson and Tilla Davis.
The mixed matchplay qualifying was played in conjunction with the mixed 4-ball and the draw for first round matches is L and G Harding against A and S Wilder, C and A Aiken against C Keevil and C Frazer, P Fitzgerald and P McCloy against W Honeyman and P Stolhand, G Tamainu and P Collier against C and M Blizzard (eight pairs/ four matches). The matchplay event is sponsored by the lady golfers. Many thanks.
Players are asked to arrange their matches with the first round to be played by May 12. The Sunday medley was won by Camille Carberry with 35 points from Lynne Page 33 points and Sharon Wilder also had 33 points.
The Social Club played over nine holes and Terry Shipp was 'the bolter' with 29 nett to win by five shots from Paul Levett on 34 and Lloyd Foley on 35 nett.
The Wednesday professional competition was won by Laurie Brown with 43 points. In equal second were Penny Greaves, Phil Mitchell, Mark Crutcher and Des Daley.
This coming weekend is Easter and on Saturday Big W are sponsoring the men's single Stableford. The prizes are Easter egg hampers for first, second and third.
On Friday, Sunday and Monday we will have a medley ball sweepstakes.
On Thursday, April 25 (Anac Day) we are holding the Anzac Day special event with sponsorship by Ian Tierney and Rick Oliver. Special event for both the men and ladies. The men's open tournament will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 4 and 5.
