A new update to the Service NSW website now allows road users to report signs that may not make sense of be damaged directly to Service NSW.
According to Service NSW they will use the reports to review feedback and take action where it is deemed appropriate.
Service NSW are asking for signs to be reported to ensure the safety and efficiency of road users.
To report any signs go to https://parkingsigns.nsw.gov.au/feedback.
Motorists will also find some new leniency with changes to the way drivers are fined at parking meters.
There will now be a 10 minute grace period if a car has been parked in paid metered parking for 60 minutes or more as long as they have a parking ticket or coupon to prove the time period. This means that if you are a few minutes later than the time printed on your parking ticket or coupon you will not receive a fine.
