Special guest Captain Stuart Watters of the Royal Australian Navy will speak at both the dawn and morning service, as will Reverend Neil Percival of St John's Anglican Church.
The Town Band and army cadets will also participate in both.
President of the RSL sub-branch John Walker and secretery Jonathan Tuckfield will share the duties, with Mr Walker leading the dawn service and Mr Tuckfield hosting the morning service.
Mr Walker spoke about the importance of Anzac Day to all Australians.
"It's the Anzacs tradition that is the Australian tradition. It's our heritage. It's about the bravery and selflessness of veterans that have given us the character of Australia as we are today," president of the RSL sub-branch John Walker said.
Mr Walker, who is in his 20th year as president of Young's RSL sub-branch, says the Young community always turns out in support on Anzac Day.
"It's because of the support we get from the school, the band, council. It's one time of the year when everyone really works together and makes a great day of it," he said.
The dawn service is scheduled to begin at 6am, with members of the community asked to assemble adjacent to the Young Town Hall at 5.45am.
Those participating in the march will meet at the same location as mentioned at 10.30am, with the march beginning at 10.45am through Boorowa Street, Lynch Street and Lovell Street to Anderson Park.
The memorial service will begin at 11am.
"Both services will give the public, ex-service personnel and those currently serving the opportunity to remember the fallen and to reflect and pay their respects to those involved in the events that took place during World War I, World War II and all conflict since that time," Hilltops council said in a statement.
