Fans of the franchise have been waiting a year for the highly hyped conclusion to Infinity War where half of the universe's population was wiped out with a click of Thanos' fat fingers.
There has been a lot of speculation across the globe within fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as to how the Avengers will be able to reverse the effects of 'the click', especially with the inclusion of a new fan favourite and the extremely powerful Captain Marvel joining the crew.
At the end of Infinity War and the trailers released over the Christmas/New Year period Brie Larson's Captain Marvel will be joined by classic Avengers Tony Stark/Iron Man, Captain America/Steve Rogers, Thor, Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Hulk/Bruce Banner and Hawkeye/Clint Barton as well as a range of other Marvel characters including Ant Man, Nebula, Rocket and M'Baku.
One theorist on youtube asked if it would be possible to go back and make it as though the Avengers MCU never actually existed, something that fans have been arguing online.
Avengers: Endgame will bring to close eleven years and 22 movies and early reviews of the film have said that the three hour running time flies by but overall the film is a poignancy and thrills.
