Young's sporting community will celebrate the past 12 months at the Sports Advisory Committee Sports Awards on Saturday night.

More than 150 people are expected to attend the gala dinner and awards night, including guest speaker former Australian Paralympic sprinter and water skier Scott Reardon.
Reardon, born in Temora, won a Paralympic gold medal in the men's 100m T42 sprint at the Rio Olympics in 2016.
He's won three gold medals in the men's 100m T42 at World Championships between 2013 and 2017, and is a two-time water-skiing world champion.
A number of sportspeople will be recognised throughout the night, members of committees who have gone above beyond will be honoured, and the committee will announce its newest inductee into Young's sporting Hall of Fame.
The Young Sports Awards dinner will be held at the Young Golf Club on Saturday, May 4 from 6pm.
Awards on the night include:

- Intermediate Sportsperson of the Year
- Senior Sportsperson of the Year
- Team of the Year
- All-round Sportsperson of the Year
- International Sportsperson of the Year
- Veteran Sportsperson of the Year
- Service to Sport
- Continued Service to Sport
- Hall of Fame inductee
