On Saturday, May 18 three teams from Young North Public School and five soloists all performed at the preliminary finals of the NSW titles for school aerobics.
"It was an amazing day and everyone had so much fun," Young North Public School's proud coach Mrs Te Moananui said.
The Young North Public School teams were successful in their bid for qualifying.
"The Young North Stars team were successful in qualifying, taking out first for their division," Mrs Te Moananui said.
On top of the Stars making it to the state titles, two soloists were also successful in continuing their aerobics journey with Gracie Moles and Sophie Schulz also qualifying to contest the NSW state titles.
"Well done to all involved," Mrs Te Moananui said.
To celebrate the team's success Young North Public School will be holding a recognition assembly in week five of this term so members of the community as well as students from the whole school are able to watch the teams and soloists perform.
To find out more about the assembly please keep an eye out on the Young North Public School Facebook page or contact Young North Public School on 63822579.
