Laura Ower has been announced as the newest Cherry Queen entrant for this year's National Cherry Festival.

Laura becomes the fifth entrant to enter the running.
The 22-year-old, who works at Ray White Young, has selected CanAssist Young and Boorowa branches as her charity to raise money.
She explained why she entered and the reason she chose CanAssist.
"One of the girls form work nominated me and I just thought it would be good to raise money for something that effects nearly everybody in town," Laura said.
"There's always somebody you know that's either battling cancer or knows some that is. I think this is a good way to help out people who are suffering or struggling.
"My grandfather and my grandmother both had cancer. I've seen the effects it has on families and how hard it is."

Laura has lived in Young her entire life and attended St Mary's Primary School before Hennessy Catholic College.
She says the National Cherry Festival is one of the biggest weekends in town, and she's looking forward to helping create this year's a success.
"It's a good event that gets the community together. I reckon it's always the biggest weekend in town because it brings so many people to town and everyone together. There's so much to do, there's something for everyone to do and see," she said.
"It should be fun. I don't do things like this so it's a bit different for me. It's going to be good to try something different and meet new people."
Outside work, Laura enjoys squash, tennis and water skiing.
She said she has plans for a raffle and some events to help raise money.
"I've had a few major prizes donated to me so I plan on doing a big raffle and I hope to finalise some plans for events soon," she said.
Laura's entry means five people will contest Cherry Queen and Cherry King this year.
Tasman Coulter selected Margaret House as her charity, Brianah Griffin is raising money for Young Lions Club, Kate Cruickshank chose Young Men's Shed and Cherry King entrant David Munnerley is supporting Hilltops Suicide Prevention Network.
While fundraising has started, organisers are still accepting more entrants.
This year's National Cherry Festival runs from Friday, December 6 until Sunday, December 8.
The Cherry King and Cherry Queen crowning is on Saturday, December 7.
