Bush is expected to return from a neck injury for the clash at Nixon Park on Sunday.
He said the ninth-placed Cherrypickers need to win if they're to have a chance of making finals.
"To be honest we need to win just about every game. This is definitely a game we can win. They're a big effort side, we probably have more potential, but they always have the effort. We have to be more enthusiastic than they are," Bush explained.
Bush, who has been named at fullback, says he's been impressed with Young's forwards this season, but is wanting improvement from the backs.
"We [the backs] need to step up. Defensively we've conceded a lot of tries down the edges, and we've dropped far too much ball," he said.
Kick-off is 3pm at Temora's Nixon Park.
