The Yabbies fell from the South West Oilsplus competition's top four after a third straight loss last week.
They host a battling West Wyalong side on Saturday. Yabbies captain Ned Mullany isn't taking the Weevils lightly, especially with his side down a number of key players.
Five-eighth Brendan Shoard, centre James Schiller and forwards Hamish Kaveney and Jesse Pittman are all unavailable this weekend.
"We beat them over there and we should definitely beat them here. We have quite a few out unfortunately, but that's no excuse, we still have plenty of quality players," Ned Mullany said.
Mullany said he's seen improvement in his side's discipline and set-piece, something he thought was letting them down during the opening half of the season.
"We seem to play to the standard of whoever we're playing and then let them slip away with it. It's been frustrating, a lot of games have been really tight."
He's now placed an emphasis on focusing the entire contest and not slipping concentration.
Above the Yabbies are Condobolin Rams. The Rams face a tough run home with games against Cootamundra and Harden.
Saturday's game begins at 3.15pm at Cranfield Oval.
