On Saturday, August 17, 19 Ladies played at home on a beautiful winter's day at the Young Golf Course.
Some pleasing scores were carded with Sandra Holmes the best of the day with 38 points.
Helen Spencer, Suzanne Manning and Pammie McCloy all came in with 36 points.
Five of our ladies travelled to the NSW Grass/Sand Championships over the weekend at Grenfell/Forbes and Liz and Leanne finished equal 3rd in the scratch event.
Kate showed great form to finish with 36 points at Forbes.
Very impressive on a tough layout and very slick greens.
Wednesday golf
Wednesday was a day with the winter weather returning in force for only the heartiest of golfers (or craziest perhaps) with 8 ladies competing in the Single Stroke Golf NSW medal round. Karen Hamilton-Gibbs vouchers.
Well done Cheryl Minehan with 69 net and winner of the voucher.
Betty Stanton and Leanne Slater were the medal winners. Ball Comp winners were Liz Harding, Kate Cooper and Maxine McCormack.
The Elegant Timber Shutters & Blinds NTP was won by Leanne Slater and the Keith Simmons Engineering NTP was won by Penny Greaves.
Temora Open
Congratulations to Betty Stanton and Pammie McCloy who participated in the Temora Open Tournament on Sunday and were the winners of the day with 46 points.

Medal Final
Congratulations also to Lorraine Regan, Jackie Sheridan, Liz Harding and Noela Hardman who have qualified for the Regional Final of the Medal Competition to be played at Cootamundra on October 20th.
Don't forget Junee Tournament (4BBB) which is scheduled for next Wednesday 28th August.
