Tuesday's nine-hole event
Tuesday a nine-hole event was played coming in first place was Pat Hewen as the winner on 22 nett, Robert Norton was second with 23 nett.
Robert had one birdie and one gobble.
Lindsay Sheather, Nora Styles and David Jazzy each had a gobble.
Thursday's 18-hole event
Thursday's 18-hole stroke winner was Jake Searle with 54 nett on a countback from Lindsay Sheather.
Gobbles went to Jake (2), Garry McGrath (2), Brian Hearne and Tim McMillan (1 each).
Last round of the Tipperary Golf Club Championships played
Sunday was the last round of the Championships and also a stroke event for the ones not in the Championships.
Men's A Grade scratch winner was Garry McGrath with Jake Searle runner up. Handicap winner was Lindsay Sheather.
Men's B Grade winner was Thaden Davies with Barry Hazlegrove coming second.
Ladies scratch winner was Pat Hewen with Nora Styles second.
The stroke event went to Thomas Burnett with 48 nett with Brian Wall coming in second in 56 nett.
Birdies went to Jake, Max Williams and Brian with one each.
Gobbles went to Jake and Thaden with one each and Barry with one.
The lucky winner of the raffle was Geoff Nott.
Coming up at the club
This Sunday will be a Fouresomes event.
Get in early for the Cancer Research Charity Golf day
Coming up on October 20 a charity golf day for Cancer Research will be held at Tipperary Golf Club.
Entry for the event is $10 which includes a barbecue lunch.
Hit off will be from 9am.
There are over $500 in prizes up for grabs.
