It's cherry blossom time and descendants of cherry industry pioneer Nicoli Jasprizza are heading for Young for a big family reunion - the first since 1962.
Among the 150 people expected at the October long weekend event is the author of a family history and two people aged 95 and 98.
There will be shared meals, memorabilia displays, old fashioned children's games, orienteering, golf and a bus tour of important sites to the family.
Also planned is a giant family photo and cake cutting ceremony. Kay and Lee Jasprizza are among key organisers.
Take 5 Celebrates
Take 5 on Friday performers, audience and other members of the public are invited to attend the 100th concert in the series on Friday September 27.
There will a concert and cake to celebrate the milestone. Two former cherry queens - sisters Emily and Bec Calvert will entertain. The music starts at 12.30pm.
All those wonderful performers who have taken part in the concerts over the past two years are being welcomed back for the celebration, and audience members too.
Regional market
As the month of September closes there is still two markets to be held in the Hilltops Region.
You'll find the Boorowa Makers and Growers Market on Saturday, September 28 at the Old Court House Grounds in Marsden Street and Gather Jugiong Artisan Markets at Riverside Drive Jugiong.
These two Hilltops centres will have markets underway on the first weekend on October too.

- Open daily: Burrangong Art Gallery Exhibition, Young Visitor Information Centre, Lovell Street, open seven days. Featuring portraits of locals.
- September 27: Take 5 100th concert celebration, Hilltops Library Young Branch, 12.30pm to 1pm.
- October 5: Bribbaree Show, Bribbaree Showground, Morangarell/Barmedman Road.
- October 5: Young and Region Farmers Market, Anderson Park, 9am to 12noon.
- October 5: GRAZE Jugiong Local Food and Wine Market, Jugiong Village.
- October 6 - Boorowa Irish Woolfest, Boorowa with the running of the sheep, Irishband Mad Kelpie Playdate, woodchop demonstrations, stalls, art, markets.
- October 12: Harden Kite Festival, Harden, free family friendly festival with kite spectacle.
- October 12: Burrangong Picnics
