Navori has been named on the wing in the Opens side, while Hogan is expected to play second-row for the under 23s. Opens coach Luke Berkrey said it's a great opportunity with limited representative football on the Country Rugby League calendar for players over 23.
"This is probably Boro's first taste of representative football in Australia," Berkrey said.
"He's had a great year for Young and I know he's a nightmare to tackle.
"I thought it'd be tough so it's great to have so many players keen to play rep footy. We're playing a strong side but I think we'll give them a run for their money."
Berkrey coached the under 23s Group 9 side in their win over Group 20.
He said Hogan played well that day and is likely to start for the Bulls on Saturday night. Young halfback Jesse Corcoran was named in the 23s, however is unavailable.
The Open game is set for a 6.30pm start following the 23s.
