A tractor was left parked in a paddock in the property between Tuesday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 22.
Police say they were told by the owner that when they returned they found that fuel and a tool box had been stolen.
"Police have spoken to the owner and ask any landholders and farmers to look out for unknown vehicles or persons in their area and to record details of the same and pass them to police," Young Police Inspector Jacob Reeves said.
"Police remind the public to ensure that their tractors and farm equipment are always locked and for fuel tanks to be secured as possible."
Inspector Reeves said reporting these offences assists police identify areas to patrol and focus on.
