Monthly Medal results
On the golfing scene on Saturday nearly 60 players participated in the November members Monthly Medal event.
The medal winners were Mark Hawker in A grade with 71 nett. Sam Woods won B grade with 67 nett and Ross Manskie won C grade with 65 nett.
The Elite scratch winners were Steve Connelly in A grade with 77 gross, Sam Woods won B grade with 83 gross and Charles Collingwood-Boots won C grade with 92 gross. NTP winners were Mark Hawker, Steve Dewar and Charles Collingwood-Boots and Brian Page. The secret birdie was won by Charles Collignwood-Boots.
The putting competition winners were Gary Anderson 28 putts, Sam Woods 25 putts and Craig Watson 29 putts. Trevor Major won the voucher.
Friday competition: The Friday nine hole competition was won Peter Norton from Paul Levett.
Sunday Social Club round
On Sunday the Social Club played a nine hole event and Simon Murray won with 29 nett.
Lloyd Foley was second with 33 nett Paul Levett was third on 36 nett.
The Sunday medley was won by Cameron Jones with 37 points.
Gary Anderson was second 36 point on a countback from Dean Schofield on 36 points.
Wednesday's pro-competition
The Wedneday pro-competition was won by Bob Stone with 38 points from Mark Shipp on a countbck.
Third was Pud Smithers on 37 points and the ball competition went to 31 points.
Business House Comp
In the Business House Competition The Fruit Barn won week three from Young Services Club with Keith Simmons Engineering third.
After three rounds Hilltops Security is leading on 24 points from YTWS on 22 points.
The Fruit Barn and Services Club are equal third.
Next Saturday the event will be a single stableford with NRL colours. Many thanks to our sponsors.
