The singing quartet of Sarah Miller, Sienna Wheeler, Heidi Hajsinger-Waru, Keeley Towne and Sofala Neville take singing lessons at Young's Regional School of Music.
Schools Spectacular consists of three hours of singing, dancing, drama and music.
Murringo Public School principal Kaelene Neville said the students are hugely excited.
"The students from Murringo are excited about being featured, with the professional media team coming to visit earlier in the year to meet them, hear them sing and film for two days in and around Murringo," Kaelene Neville said.
"If you can get to Sydney to see one of the performances, you won't be disappointed. It is an amazing show."
Schools Spectacular holds the world record for largest variety performance.
It's held at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney on November 22-23.
The show will be aired on Channel 7 on December 7 at 7pm.
