A man from Harden who distributed an intimate image of someone without their consent has been charged and will appear at court.

The 47-year-old man allegedly sent the image through social media on October 22 this year.
Police were notified and started an investigation resulting in the man being questioned by police on November 4 and November 5.
He was charged with distribute intimate image without consent.
- Drink driving
A 24-year-old man from Young has been charged with mid-range drink driving, and never licensed person drive.
Police stopped the man driving a blue Ford for a random breath test on Lovell Street about 10.40pm on Saturday, November 16.
He produced a positive reading and inquiries revealed he has allegedly never held a driver's licence.
He was taken to Young Police Station and returned a mid-range reading of .110.
He'll appear at court on December 3.
