Celebrity chef Ed Halmagyi, known as Fast Ed, visited the region about one month ago to film an episode promoting the Tablelands Region under the umbrella of Destination Southern NSW.
The episode is expected to highlight a number of businesses, as well as products and experiences on offer in the Hilltops area.
One business which will feature is Ballinaclash Wines and Fruit. The cellar door and farm gate shop was turned into a "mini cooking studio" due to rain falling on the day of shooting.
Fast Ed and his crew spent several hours on site and joined Pete, Cath and Ned Mullany for lunch.
"We were absolutely thrilled when we received a message from Fast Ed asking if he could come to Ballinaclash to do a cooking segment using our products. Of course, we said yes. I must admit, I was a bit nervous preparing food for Fast Ed," Cath Mullany laughed.
"They were a very easy team to host and so enthusiastic about our products. It really was a very enjoyable day.
"This is amazing coverage for our area and will hopefully showcase to many viewers the diversity of products and experiences in our region."
Better Homes and Gardens will air on Friday, April 10 at 7pm on Channel 7.
