Police are investigating a fail to spot offence after a vehicle parked on Prospect Street was rammed into last week.

According to police, the owner of the damaged vehicle was inside their home when they heard a loud bang about 11pm on Thursday, June 18.
The victim observed tyre marks on the footpath and grass area, and saw their vehicle had moved from where it had been parked.
Police attended and believe another vehicle has crashed into the rear of the victim's car and fled the scene.
Investigations continue.
Charges for this type of offence include negligent driving, and fail to stop and exchange particulars.
Tyres slashed
Police are appealing for information as they investigate a tyre-slashing on Brock Street.
Between 7.30pm on Friday, June 19 and 9am on Saturday, June 20, a vehicle parked on Brock Street, Young had two of its tyres slashed.
Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Young police.
