About 3.20pm, emergency services, including police and ambulance paramedics, responded to the incident about five kilometres south of Cunningar Road, Boorowa.
The vehicle had left the roadway and collided with a wire fence.
The driver was a 37-year-old male and there were three children passengers.
The driver is to be issued an infringement notice for negligent driving, police say.
Drugs seized
Drugs have been seized and police expect to lay charges following a vehicle stop near Boorowa on Thursday, July 9.
Police stopped a Hyundai Excel about 10am on Cunningar Road.
Police believe the vehicle contained stolen items and during a search allegedly discovered 1.6g of cannabis.
The drugs were seized and police are continuing investigations relating to the vehicle involved.
