Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and each other's company.
A display of many beautifully presented items, all donated by the members, were raffled during the afternoon adding interest and fun to the outing.
The club's next formal meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 commencing at 4pm.
The venue will be the Young S and C Club in Cloete Street, as the club's usual venue the Catherine McAuly Centre is still unavailable due to the COVID-19 safety regulations.
The guest speaker for the monthly meeting resuming on August 5 will be Dianne Sutton.
The Garden Club lives the motto "Friendship through Gardens" so they welcome all who are interested to join the friendship as guests and find out if they want to become members.
No strings attached.
