Looking at the two sides' previous results, Sunday's clash shapes as a close contest with both Young and Hanwood winning two and losing one in their opening three rounds.
Both sides have scored and conceded similar amounts of goals and will be determined to get the three points on Sunday to remain close to the ladder leaders.
The men's third grade side is unbeaten with two wins and draw in the first three weeks, while second grade suffered their first loss last weekend following a win and draw.
The ladies Lions are at home to Leeton on Sunday morning.
Young defeated South Wagga 4-1 to keep their winning form intact following a win and bye earlier in the first two weeks.
