This year 192 shows including Bribbaree across NSW have faced adversity, with the vast majority having to cancel events.
Nonetheless, the network of volunteers, sponsors, attendees, and competitors is strong and supportive.
In conjunction with the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW Ltd the Bribbaree Show, along with many others across the state, are participating in 'No Show Scarecrow' for the month of October to acknowledge the cancellation of shows and show solidarity and support for each other.
This is a wonderful visual reminder that each show is part of a bigger picture and community.
Our scarecrows, lovingly constructed by Bribbaree Show Society committee members, can be found hanging out the Bribbaree sign in the village.
