2020/21 junior cricket season set for start

The South West Slopes Cricket Association junior cricket season begins on Saturday with competitions in the under 11s, under 13s and under 16s age groups in 2020/21.

Ten teams will contest under 13s, four feature in under 16s, and four in under 11s.

Teams from Young, Cootamundra, Temora, Harden and Boorowa are represented across the three competitions.

Nine consecutive rounds are scheduled before Christmas with the final round of 2020 on Saturday, December 12. Junior cricket will resume in the new year on Saturday, January, 30.

Grand final day is set for Saturday, March 13, 2021.

Games begin at 8.30am according to MyCricket.

  • Temora Thunder v Temora Scorchers (Nixon Park 2)
  • Cootamundra v Taylor Plumbing (Albert Park)

Under 13s:

  • Temora 1 v Temora 3 (The Oval, Temora)
  • Temora 2 v Temora 4 (Ariah Park)
  • LJ Hooker Young v Harden (Sawpit Gully)
  • Young Hilltops Veg v Young Ray White (Cullen Oval)
  • Cootamundra Titans v Cootamundra Cobras (Clarke Oval)

Under 11s:

  • Arma Insurance Brokers v Kay McDonald Trophies (Boorowa Sportsground)
  • Ranbuild Young v Nimbus Broking (Miller Henry Oval)
