After the success of the events from the past few years Wombat Hotel Cricket Club will be once again holding a Pink Stumps Cricket Day on January 30.

Pink Stumps Day is a way for cricket clubs and teams, schools and workplaces to come together, turn their cricket game pink, have fun and fundraise for the McGrath Foundation - all while showing support for people in the community experiencing breast cancer.
"It will be held out at Barry Grace Oval Wallendbeen starting at 10am to 6pm," Wombat Hotel Cricket Club's Rebecca McKinney said.
The McGrath Foundation raise money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses who provide invaluable support and care to women and men experiencing breast cancer. From diagnosis right throughout treatment, McGrath Breast Care Nurses are available to help individuals and their families.
There will be raffles, kids fun and a game of cricket played between Wombat Hotel and Criterion Gunners. A BBQ and canteen will be running through out the day. Gold Coin Donation on the day.
