The Mark Hewitt-trained gelding took out the opening event - the TAB App Pace (2100m) - with a smart 2:01.4s mile rate, edging out The Handsome One ($2.50) and Valenteeno ($7) in a tight finish.
It was the four-year-old's first win in six outings since September last year.
The result boosts his record to four victories from 40 starts.
It was the start of a race-to-race double for Hewitt with three-year-old gelding Western Bill ($3) continuing his promising start to his career.
He took out the Hilltops Equine Centre Pace (2100m) registering a winning mile rate of 2:03.3s.
It was his second win in only nine starts.
Hewitt also had the driving honours in both the opening two races.
Wombat trainer Michael Prest enjoyed a thrill with Kalahari San ($23) winning the Christy Park Maiden Pace (1720m).
It the five-year-old mare's 29th attempt at breaking through for her maiden.
She posted a mile rate of 2:01.8s, defeating race favourite Rock All Nite ($3.30) by 1.4m margin.
Taylah Osmond took the reins for Kalahari San's first career win.
Racing returns to Young Paceway this Friday with a Menangle Country Series heat on the program.
