Locals are now eligible to receive an extra Dine voucher and an extra Discover voucher with use of all existing vouchers extended until June 30, 2022.
Last year the NSW Government announced the introduction of the vouchers to help reinvigorate the local and state economy after the affects of COVID and the subsequent lockdown, the two new vouchers are in response to the latest lockdowns that the Hilltops and the state came out of.
"The NSW Government launched Dine and Discover NSW to encourage the community to get out and about and support dining, arts and recreation businesses," a Service NSW spokesperson said.
And the best part about the new vouchers is that locals who have already claimed their Dine and Discover vouchers will have their two new vouchers sent directly to their Service NSW email address.
Eligible local businesses are also able to apply to accept the vouchers.
"From 3 December, 2021, Dine and Discover NSW will expand from four to six vouchers," the NSW Government announced.
"If you've already applied, an additional two x $25 vouchers will automatically appear in the Service NSW app by this date.
"New customers can now apply for six vouchers, three x $25 Dine NSW vouchers and three x $25 Discover NSW vouchers."
The vouchers can be used seven days a week, including public holidays according to Service NSW.
At the time of going to print locals could use the Dine vouchers at:
The Great Eastern Hotel, The Australian Hotel, Subway, Elevation II Cafe, KFC, Young Services Club, Wilkies Cafe, McDonalds, Juicy Lucy, Antz Pantz Cafe, Mandarin Court Chinese Restaurant, Chowking Chinese Restaurant, Green Ivy, Elliotz, Salami Bros Italian Kitchen, No 19 Bistro and Tikka 'n Talk.
