The first weekend in December heralds the start of party time in Hilltops with Cherry Festival Lite setting the scene for festivities right up to Christmas.

The collaboration of the three Hilltops Business Chambers of Boorowa, Harden and Young brings local shoppers the Hilltops Christmas Spending Spree with $13,000 worth of additional reasons to shop in Hilltops in the lead up to Christmas this year.

Hilltops Council have contributed $5,000 toward promotion of the initiative.

As part of the promotion each town has a prize pool of redeemable funds to be won by shoppers in each location. The Harden winners have already been announced with First Prize of $1,000 in shopping vouchers being won by Carol Fisher, Second Prize of $600 worth of vouchers going to Shelley Barker and Third Prize of $400 in shopping vouchers going to Graeme Clinch. All money is to be spent at participating stores.

Winning draws for lucky shoppers in Boorowa and Young will be held and announced on Saturday 18 December 2021.

In Young, shoppers have the chance to win by filling in an entry form at participating business for; First Prize of $5,000, Second Prize of $1,200 and Third Prize of $600 redeemable at participating businesses, whilst in Boorowa there is a First Prize of $4,200 redeemable at participating businesses, and a range of supplementary prizes of gift vouchers from supporting businesses.

So, forget the 12 days of Christmas as it's like Christmas every day for lucky shoppers in Hilltops.
