It's also the first time all six stations are charging below 120 cents.
These are the prices in Young for today, January 22. The district prices are the average prices recorded by NRMA yesterday.
We've been comparing local fuel prices from last Monday to Thursday, which averaged between 125.9 cents and 132 cents per litre for unleaded petrol.
Today's average price in Young is 118.6 cents per litre, 0.8 cents cheaper than yesterday's average and 0.3 cents less than Wednesday's average.
It's also the third consecutive day our average price is lower - according to NRMA statistics - than that of Temora and Yass, whose averages remain at 119.9 and 119.8 respectively.
Young also remains about three cents cheaper than Canberra, who was charging an average 121.7 cents for unleaded fuel yesterday.
But our average still sits just over 15 cents higher than Sydney's average of 103.1.
Sydney's average continues to fall by an average of 1.08 cents per day.
Today it's Caltex who takes the title for reducing their unleaded price the most (by 13 cents) compared to last Thursday when they were charging 132.9.
For the first time since January 12, the Boorowa/Zouch Street station has dropped their price below the $1.20 mark to charge 119.9 cents, dropping four cents overnight.
Both Woolies and BP are charging nine cents less than last Thursday.
Woolies has dropped their E10 price by a further one cent to match the Road House's unleaded price of 116.9 cents per litre.
While BP remains at 117.9 - their cheapest since we began our fuel campaign on Monday, January 12.
The Road House is charging five cents less than what they were last Thursday.
Shell remains at 119.9 cents but it's an eight cents difference compared to last week.
And Mobil also maintains its 119.9 price, the same since last Wednesday.
Unleaded prices in surrounding areas remain the same today except for Forbes, who have dropped their price by 0.2 of a cent to charge 115.4.
Cootamundra remains the same at 125.4 cents.
