Some rather unusual looking “hogs” rolled into town on Tuesday evening, stopping at the Young Services Club for a meet and greet session with local footy fans.

They were NRL legends Brad Fittler, Ian Schubert and Nathan Hindmarsh. Fittler founded Hogs for the Homeless after meeting Father Chris Riley and hearing that more than 47,000 young people under 25 are homeless in Australia.
Determined to make a difference, he enlisted fellow league legends Schubert and Hindmarsh to get on their motorbikes and ride throughout NSW to fundraise for the cause.
They’ve been on the road since February 21, with Young being town number 15.
They still had three more areas to visit before arriving at Pirtek Stadium in Parramatta on their final day for Round 1 of the NRL competition between Eels and Manly.
