The highlights of the year were the success of the Under 16s and Under 18s teams in the ACT competition and the entry of our Women's seven-a-side team into the SIRU competition.
Club president Ben Reid said he was happy with the overall outcomes from 2015.
“It would always be nice to win a few more games of rugby, however we have had great success in many areas this year and the club is in a really healthy position moving into 2016,” Reid said.
“I would like especially thank our major sponsors McAlister Motors and Allied Grain Systems plus many others who make it possible to run the club.”
The Yabbies will hold their AGM on October 14 at the Empire Hotel, with all interested members invited to attend.
