A MURDER charge faced by one man and accessory after the fact charges laid against three other people are treading water in Wagga Local Court while the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) considers representations made by two of the accused.

Nathan Blundell, accused of the murder of Corey Power at Young on August 29, 2013, has made representations to the DPP, as has Thomas McGill, who is charged with being an accessory after the fact.
McGill’s brother, Owen Fuller, has pleaded guilty to Mr Power’s murder.
DPP lawyer, Abram Meredith, told magistrate Erin Kennedy in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday the representations were still being considered.
All four cases were adjourned to March 9 with the hope a response to the representations will be back by then.
