THREE people accused of assisting murderer Owen Junior Fuller after he killed a man at Young and held up a service station in 2013 will stand trial in Sydney next year.

Fuller’s mother, Annette Allen, his brother Thomas McGill and Tamsin Paul will be tried in the District Court at Sydney’s Downing Centre.
Each is charged with being an accessory after murder and accessory after robbery armed with offensive weapon.
The trials are listed to start on April 24.
Five weeks have been set aside for the hearings.
Fuller, 20, has pleaded guilty to murdering 33-year-old Corey Power by smashing his head in with a tomahawk on August 29, 2013.
He has also admitted to holding up the Young Caltex service station while armed with a crowbar nine days earlier.
Fuller has also admitted to a raft of other serious offences, including the bashings of three men and a break-in at Forbes. Allen, McGill and Paul are not accused of any involvement in those offences.
Fuller was to have been sentenced for all his crimes at Griffith on Monday, but the sentencing judge fell ill.
