Harness racing will step up to the next level tonight with with $60,000 up for grabs in an eight race feature programme commencing at 6:03pm.
Young Harness Racing Club sponsor the two feature events, the Rising Stars and the arrival of the states best junior drivers should prove exciting.
Notable young drivers Ross Druitt, Brad Elder, James Harding, Jason Grimson, Sam Ison, Martelle Maguire, Stuart McDonald, Tom Pay, Ellen Rixon and Mitch Turnbull.
Each of the two races, Race 2 and Race 4, will carry prizemoney of $6,000.
Race one over the 1720 metre journey has a very competitive field.
Chances include Hes A Tease, Moonlight Gambler, Franco Hammond and Serene Major.
Race two is a Rising Star heat and chances appear to be Flight Express, Francisco De Gore and Postal Express.
In race three, the main chance in the Country Series heat is Casino Grin who ran a bold race at Menangle last Saturday to run third.
`The fast class race is the next for C3 to C5 pacers with Modern Maestro looking the winner from gate two.
Race seven sees two last start winners engaged, Whiskey Blaze and Harrison Paul who should both perform well.
The final race looks a little tricky with many chances, not the least being Cherry Express.
