Boy’s Take Top Billing
At this week’s meeting of the Young Bridge group we had twelve players in attendance for a three table Howell movement.
Taking out first place were the boys, Mark Hawker and David Murray with 63.00 percent.
Great work!! An equal second placing followed between pairs Frank Davidson and Jenny McAinsh, and Joan Hanrahan and Kathy Rolfe all on 53.00 percent.
Then followed Val Robinson and Maureen Braddon, Joyce Meale and Jane Wallace, and our final pair were Merry Kirkwood and Tilla Davidson.
Winners of the charity weekend were Doreen and Coral.
The event was raising funds for the RDA and Margaret House.
