The Whites took on Tumut for their first game of the day after coming off two good wins at Coota in the previous round. The girls confidence was sky high but they found themselves down 0-1 early on. The Whites fought their way back into the match with three great tries to Marli Shipp, Hunta McCann and Pippa Hufton. The score finished 3-1.
In the second game the girls came up against Coota on a smaller field which restricted play and tightened the game right up. Coota were making good ground but the defence from the girls repelled each wave of attack. The Whites had limited opportunity with the ball and the game see-sawed from end to end with either side unable to cross the stripe. The game finished 0-0. There were some good runs by Phoebe Shannon, Ella Eastwood and Lucy Turner while in defence, Zoe Lane, Arabella Hufton and Anastasia Stratford worked hard all day.
