”In the spirit of harmony, understanding and good will we welcome all interested to share friendship, global culture and authentic food at this year’s Multicultural Celebration,” YDMA president Josefina Johnson said.
YDMA members have already made a great deal of progress towards harmony and friendship in Young by attending classes at Young North Primary School and sharing their cultures. The group has formed a partnership with Young High School teachers and students by participating in its Multicultural Day. YDMA hold a social gathering every second month.
